I voluntarily authorize That’s Delivered Podcast, Trucking Ray, also known as Ray Lampkins, and Lampkins Business Services, LLC (collectively, the “Producer”) to record my interview and participation, including my name, voice, image, likeness, biography, statements, and any materials I voluntarily provide.

I grant the Producer permission to edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, publicly display, promote, advertise, and monetize the recording, in whole or in part, in audio, video, photographic, written, digital, social-media, podcast, broadcast, website, mobile-app, and promotional formats. This includes use on That’s Delivered Podcast, TruckingRay.com, TruckingRay.online, associated social channels, and future distribution platforms.

I understand that the interview may be edited for length, clarity, presentation, or promotion, and that I will not have a right to inspect or approve the finished content. Unless separately agreed in writing, I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I will not receive compensation, royalties, or ownership rights.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, have authority to make this agreement, and will not knowingly disclose confidential information or material that infringes another person’s rights. To the extent permitted by law, I release the Producer from claims arising from the authorized recording, editing, publication, distribution, or use of my participation.
