Trucking Ray Nonstop is operated by Lampkins Business Services, LLC, doing business through That’s Delivered Podcast and Trucking Ray (“Trucking Ray Nonstop,” “That’s Delivered Podcast,” “Trucking Ray,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy applies to:

Together, these are called the “Services.” Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides commerce, checkout, account, payment, and related services.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, and disclose personal information when you access the Services, make a purchase, create an account, join the Community, schedule a podcast interview, subscribe to communications, or contact us.

If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls regarding the collection, processing, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information.

Personal Information We Collect

“Personal information” means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include anonymous or properly de-identified information.

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Podcast guest information: Contact details, biography, company information, proposed topics, appointment details, communications, and guest-consent records.
  • Guest media: Your name, voice, image, likeness, biography, statements, interview recording, and materials you voluntarily provide.
  • Location information: Location provided by your device when you authorize location-based features.

Sources of Personal Information

We may collect information:

  • Directly from you when you use the Services or contact us.
  • Automatically through cookies, pixels, analytics services, software development kits, and similar technologies.
  • From Shopify, payment processors, shipping providers, authentication services, scheduling providers, podcast platforms, hosting providers, and email providers.

  • Document acceptance of the Podcast Guest Media Release.
  • Produce, edit, publish, distribute, promote, and monetize podcast interviews as authorized by the guest.
  • Send newsletters, podcast updates, Community news, announcements, and promotions when permitted.
  • Measure website, email, and advertising performance.
  • Comply with applicable laws and protect our legal rights.

TruckingRay.online and Location Features

When you authorize location access, TruckingRay.online or the Trucking Ray Nonstop app may use your location to provide nearby truck stops, lodging, meals, repair services, weather information, maps, directions, and other driver resources.

You may deny or withdraw location permission through your device settings. Certain location-based features may not work without permission. We do not use precise location information for targeted advertising.

Community Information

Information posted in the 10-4 Mindset Community may be visible to other users. This includes your display name, profile information, posts, replies, and reactions.

Do not post confidential, financial, medical, sensitive, or private information that you do not want other people to see.

We may retain reports, moderation records, blocking choices, and limited account information when necessary to protect members, prevent abuse, enforce our rules, resolve disputes, or comply with the law.

Podcast Guest Scheduling and Media Consent

When you apply or schedule an appearance on That’s Delivered Podcast, we may collect your contact information, biography, professional information, proposed topics, appointment information, communications, and consent records.

Podcast guests may be required to accept a separate Podcast Guest Media Release before scheduling or recording an interview. That release governs our permission to record, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, publicly display, promote, advertise, and monetize the guest’s participation.

Authorized content may appear on That’s Delivered Podcast, ThatsDelivered.com, TruckingRay.com, TruckingRay.online, the Trucking Ray Nonstop app, social-media accounts, podcast platforms, video platforms, and promotional materials.

Podcast media consent is separate from email-marketing consent. A guest is not required to subscribe to promotional emails to appear on the podcast.

Email and Marketing Communications

If you choose to receive marketing communications, we may send newsletters, podcast announcements, Community updates, product information, sponsor or affiliate offers, event notices, and promotional messages from That’s Delivered Podcast, Trucking Ray, Trucking Ray Nonstop, and TruckingRay.online.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link in the message.

Unsubscribing does not prevent us from sending necessary non-promotional communications about an order, account, scheduled interview, Community moderation matter, security issue, or support request.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose information to:

  • Shopify, payment processors, and financial-service providers.
  • Shipping, fulfillment, and delivery providers.
  • Website, application, hosting, and cloud-storage providers.
  • Customer-support, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention providers.

  • HubSpot or other scheduling and customer-management providers.
  • Riverside and other podcast production and distribution providers.
  • YouTube and other audio, video, and social-media platforms.
  • Marketing partners, sponsors, and affiliates.
  • Attorneys, accountants, insurers, and other professional advisers.
  • Government agencies or parties when required by law.

We may also disclose information when you request or consent to the disclosure, to complete a transaction, investigate unlawful activity, enforce our policies, protect users, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Relationship With Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes information concerning your access to and use of the store to provide, protect, personalize, and improve its services.

Information submitted through the store may be transmitted to Shopify and service providers located outside the country where you live. Shopify may also process information from your interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify services.

Podcast guests must be at least 18 years old unless a parent or legal guardian provides appropriate written authorization.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, complete transactions, maintain accounts, operate and moderate the Community, document podcast guest consent, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your Privacy Rights

  • Request deletion of certain personal information.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request a portable copy of certain information.

Community Account Deletion

Community members may request deletion of their Trucking Ray Nonstop Community account and associated personal information through the account-management tools available on TruckingRay.online.

Deleting a Community account does not delete a separate Google, Apple, Shopify, or other third-party account used to access the Services.

We may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, moderation, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

International Transfers

We and our service providers may store or process personal information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live.

Where required, international transfers will be supported by legally recognized safeguards.
